THE THRESHOLD INTENSIVE
Some decisions are difficult because you don’t have enough information. Others are difficult because you have plenty of information and still don’t know what to do.
Maybe you’re considering leaving something you’ve spent years building. Changing careers. Making a significant personal or professional move. Putting more money into a business. Selling it. Staying. Walking away. Starting over.
The Threshold Intensive is a private working engagement designed to help you get far enough outside the decision to see it more clearly.
Not certainty. Clarity.
WHEN YOU’RE AT THE THRESHOLD
The hardest decisions usually contain more than one truth.
You can love what you built and know it may be time to leave it. You can be successful and still want something different. You can understand what makes financial sense and still feel pulled toward another answer. You can have invested years, money, identity, and energy into something without being obligated to keep choosing it forever. And sometimes the opposite is true. Fear can make leaving look like clarity when what you actually need is the courage to stay. The work is not to find the answer that eliminates every risk. It is to understand what is actually true, what matters most, what you are assuming, and what you are willing to choose.
ONE-WAY DOORS
Some decisions are two-way doors. Others aren’t.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos famously described decisions as either one-way or two-way doors. Two-way doors are reversible. You can make the decision, learn from it, and walk back through if it doesn’t work. One-way doors are different. They’re consequential, difficult to reverse, or capable of changing what comes next in a meaningful way. They deserve a different level of thought before you walk through them.
The Threshold is built for those decisions.
Not because you can eliminate the risk. But because before you walk through the door, it’s worth making sure you understand why you’re choosing it.
DATA. FAITH. & GUTS.
DATA
What do we actually know? We’ll look at facts, numbers, constraints, options, evidence, and assumptions. What is true? What are you treating as true that hasn’t actually been tested?
FAITH
What matters that can’t necessarily be measured? Values. Timing. Conviction. Purpose. Identity. Instinct. What do you know about yourself that belongs in this decision?
GUTS
Eventually, thinking has to become doing. Given what you know and what matters, what are you willing to choose? What is the next action the decision requires?
Data tells us what we know. Faith makes room for what we can’t know. Guts turns the decision into action.
WHAT WE’LL DO
Bring me the mess.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly articulated question. In fact, part of the work may be figuring out what the real question is. We’ll start with a complimentary 20-minute discovery conversation so I can understand what you’re wrestling with and we can determine whether The Threshold Intensive is the right fit. The intensive itself is the work. We’ll have a private, confidential conversation with enough room to follow the decision wherever it needs to go. We’ll unpack what’s happening, challenge assumptions, identify what we know and what we don’t, separate the practical questions from the emotional ones, and follow the conversation wherever it needs to go. Depending on the decision, we may work with numbers, scenarios, written exercises, spreadsheets, or other tools. If the conversation reveals that you need information from an attorney, CPA, financial advisor, therapist, industry expert, or another specialist, we’ll identify that too.
The goal is to leave knowing what deserves your attention, what questions still need answers, and what you are prepared to do next.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The conversation is the work.
Complimentary 20-minute discovery conversation to understand the decision and determine fit.
A private, confidential working session, typically two to three hours. The conversation may take place in person or virtually, but the setting will always be private.
Practical tools, exercises, spreadsheets, resources, or relevant introductions when they would meaningfully support the work.
A concise written recap of the key questions, decisions, or next steps that emerge from the conversation.
A 30-minute follow-up conversation to close the loop, talk through what has surfaced since the intensive, and determine whether anything still needs attention.
In person is preferred when practical. Jennifer is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and virtual sessions are available.

WHAT THIS ISN’T
I’m not here to tell you what to do.
I’m not your attorney, CPA, financial advisor, therapist, or industry expert. I won’t manufacture certainty where it doesn’t exist, and I won’t make the decision for you. What I bring is more than two decades of executive and organizational leadership, the experience of building, funding, operating, restructuring, and selling my own company, an operator’s attention to numbers and consequences, and a willingness to ask the question underneath the question. Sometimes the most valuable thing an outside person can do is see what you can’t see while you’re standing inside it.
START WITH A CONVERSATION
Start with a complimentary 20-minute discovery conversation. Tell me what you’re wrestling with. We’ll determine whether The Threshold Intensive is the right place to work through it. If I don’t think I’m the right person for the problem, I’ll tell you that too.

FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THE WORK
“Jenn has a rare ability to ask the question underneath the question. She listens deeply, challenges assumptions without imposing her own answers, and helps you separate what you know from what you fear, assume, or haven’t considered yet. She brings intelligence, intuition, practicality, and tremendous integrity into the room and she isn’t afraid to stay with you in the messy middle until the path forward becomes clearer. When the decision actually matters, Jenn is exactly the kind of person I want at the table.”
